About NCP
The North Crawford Playhouse is a student oriented theater program within the North Crawford High School District. The Playhouse puts on two productions each year; the fall musical occurs each November, and the spring play occurs each March. The program receives no district funding, relying instead on the sale of tickets and the generous contributions of community supporters. Without the support of our patrons and volunteers and the dedication of our student actors, designers, and technicians, we would never be able to create the quality theatre we know and love at North Crawford Playhouse. Thank you for all of your support.
NCP Receives Community Foundation Grant

The North Crawford Playhouse announces that it has received a grant from the North Crawford Excellence in Education Fund Winter 2022 Grant Cycle of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc. to support their theatre technical innovation project. The project is aimed at upgrading theatre facilities and technology to increase production values, improve technical theatre education, and rebuild the momentum of the Playhouse following a downturn caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. To achieve these goals, the Playhouse is planning to construct a robust costume storage and construction facility and replace the aging theatrical lighting system with 21st century LED technology. For more information or to support these projects, please contact NCP Production Manager Brandon Bankes at bbankes@ncrawford.k12.wi.us.
